Frequently asked questions.

What method of extensions do you offer? 

  • Weft, tape & nano bonds (combo only). All methods can be used in combination. 

How much do hair extensions cost?   

  • The price of hair extensions depends on the brand, method, length, weight and shade – so this can only be worked out by consultation.
  • I can provide a rough quote for you over direct message if you advise me what you are looking for.
  • Refits, new fittings and removals are set prices which can be found on my instagram highlights ‘PRICES’.

What hair brands do you use?

  • Remi Cachet, Viola & Hair Kings

How often do I need to get maintenance? 

  • Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks.
  • 7 weeks is recommended, anything after 9 weeks is not advised.

How do I look after my extensions? 

  • A strict aftercare routine must be followed to maximise the longevity of your extensions and ensure they remain feeling soft and silky.
  • Aftercare steps can be found on my Instagram highlights ‘AFTERCARE’. 
  • If you do not follow the recommended aftercare, the lifespan of your extensions will be significantly reduced meaning you will need to purchase new extensions much sooner.

How long do the extensions last? 

  • Hair King’s & Viola’s lifespan is 9 months and Remi cachet’s lifespan is 12 months. 
  • Depending on how well you follow the aftercare, the lifespan of the extensions are more than capable of exceeding the above.
  • Please note, blonde extensions typically do not last as long as the darker shades due to the initial bleaching process.

How do I know what extensions I need? 

  • At our consultation, I will assess your hair type and decide what method will work best for you. 
  • First we will do a colour match, then I will then be able to provide you with your options and prices.

Can I bring my own hair? 

  • Yes you can.

How do I book a consultation and how much does it cost? 

  • The best way to book is by contacting me via instagram message. You can also message me on Facebook messenger or email me.
  • Consultations cost £10. If you decide to go ahead, this is put towards your final bill. If you cancel or do not go ahead, the £10 is non-refundable.

Can I go on holiday with my extensions? 

  • Yes you can providing you follow the correct holiday aftercare – this can be found in my instagram highlight ‘AFTERCARE’
  • To ensure there is no damage to the extensions at all, it is best to remove them.

How do you take payment?

  • Bank transfer or cash

What are your T&Cs? 

  • A £30 deposit is required to book a refit appointment.
  • 72 hours notice is required to cancel and 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Anything less than this, you will loose your deposit.
  • Any disputes regarding the hair extension quality must be taken up with the brands customer service team directly.
  • Once we have completed a colour match at your consultation and the hair has been ordered, a refund cannot take place.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will loose your deposit.
  • If I believe your hair is not in a healthy enough state to fit extensions, I am able to refuse the application
